1. Introduction to Aviation

Detailed coverage of the aviation sector, such as its history, evolution, and fundamentals of airports and airlines. You will also explore various career paths available in aviation.

2. Introduction to Hospitality

The function of hospitality in providing an unhindered passenger journey is of paramount importance in the air transport industry. This section covers the hospitality standards expected in airports, including customer service techniques.

3. Different Types of Ground Services

To grasp the principal ground operations including baggage handling, check-in, passenger assistance and boarding. This subsection focuses on safety, efficiency and coordination among various services.

4. Customer Services

In the course, learners are also presented with methods to manage passenger requests, complaints and inquiries. The core of it is to give high quality customer service whilst always being professional and polite.

5.Introduction To Airport Retails

Airport retail plays a crucial role in enhancing passenger experience, offering both domestic and international shopping options. This module explores how airport retail counters operate, how to engage with passengers regarding different products, and the techniques to effectively assist and persuade customers in their purchasing decisions.

6. Check-in Procedure (Both Departure & Arrival)

Understand how to handle check-in counters, and provide a satisfactory passenger flow. Training also includes security checks, travel document handling, and luggage assistance to passengers.

7. Soft Skills

Training will assist in development of a variety of soft skills for example communication, conflict resolution, team work, leadership, etc. These are skills that are critical to successful cross-functional work in a customer-facing industry such as aviation.

8. How to Make a Resume

Specific tips on building a professional resume that meets the needs of the aviation and hospitality sectors. Learn how to effectively highlight your strengths and experiences./p>

9. Interview Preparation

Prepare for interviews by learning techniques to answer questions confidently. The emphasis is in the development of the interview skills, the feedback on simulated interviews, and the learning of the skills to interview stress.

10. Other Skills

This section focuses on the development of additional key skills such as time management, multitasking, and working in teams, all of which are necessary for a successful career in aviation.

11. Personality Development & Grooming Etiquette

Develop your personality by learning how to present yourself confidently in a professional setting. These may involve grooming standards, posture and communication skills as they come to the requirement of aviation and related services.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ideal candidates are graduates or final-year students with an interest in aviation and hospitality. The normal academic criteria (generally 50% or above or equivalent) and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Schedule: 3 Days a Week, 1 Hour a Day

Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate
