The curriculum is one of the widest that bridges the gap between reservation and hospitality in itself. It covers the basics of aviation, hospitality management, food and beverage services, hotel operations, check-in procedures, soft skills, and front-office training on resume & interview preparation to equip students with skills that will be relevant across a variety of roles in the industry.

1. Introduction to Aviation

Comprehensive training in the various facets of aviation including airline operations, airport management, safety standards, and an introduction to aviation law and ethics.

2. Introduction to Hospitality

This section explores the fundamentals of hospitality, focusing on passenger relations, customer service standards, and the role of hospitality in providing exceptional experiences at airports and airlines.

3. Food & Beverage Services

The module is centred around the food and beverage services role in aviation, including meal production, display, and service quality for airlines and hospitality companies.

4. Hotel Divisions & Departments

Get to know every department that exists at a hotel, from front desk functions to housekeeping, and how they work together to deliver a clean, unblemished guest experience.

5.Introduction To Airport Retails

Airport retail plays a crucial role in enhancing passenger experience, offering both domestic and international shopping options. This module explores how airport retail counters operate, how to engage with passengers regarding different products, and the techniques to effectively assist and persuade customers in their purchasing decisions.

6. Different Types of Foods

Understand the various cuisines offered in hospitality services, with an emphasis on nutrition, food presentation, and how to handle dietary requirements of passengers and hotel guests.

7. Airport & Hotel Visits

Out in the real world such exposure to airports and hotel as part of the daily assignments, communication with the professionals and the deeper insight into dynamic environment of the industry.

8. Proper Diet/Nutrition Chart

Learn about nutrition in the hospitality industry, with a focus on diet management, meal planning, and special dietary needs for passengers and hotel guests.

9. In-Flight Services

Focus on providing efficient and courteous in-flight services. This encompasses the duties of cabin crew, in-flight passenger management, and emergency scenarios.

10. Different Types of Ground Services

Delve into the types of services provided on the ground, such as check-in, baggage service, security and guest services at airports and hotels.

11. Customer Service Excellence

This focuses on how to deal with difficult customers, expectations management, and customer customization in aviation and in the hospitality field.

12. Personality Development & Grooming

Get acquainted with the skills that are required to project a professional appearance, taking into account personal grooming and proper dress for aviation and hospitality occupations, etc.

13. Check-in Procedures (Departure & Arrival)

This also covers a detailed examination of the process of check-in, encompassing ticketing, baggage management, security control, and passenger assistance during both the departing and the arriving phases.

14. Soft Skills & Group Activities

15. Resume Building & Interview Preparation

Examine the different types of hotel accommodation provided such as standard rooms and suites, as well as specialty rooms for special needs or preferences.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate needs to have completed minimum 10+2 or equivalent. Genuine interest in both aviation and hospitality combined with communication and interpersonal skills will be the defining eligibility for enrolment.

Duration: 1 Year

Schedule: 3 Days a Week, 1 Hour a Day

Selection: Based on Personal Interview

Age: 18 to 27 Years

Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2)
